Hello! I'm Srishti

I am a PhD Candidate in  Technology and Operations Management at INSEAD, where I am advised by Professor Sameer Hasija. I am on the 2024-2025 academic job market.

My research focuses on behavioral operations management, exploring how individuals' behavior impacts business decisions, processes, and outcomes. I tackle empirical operations challenges, drawing from my strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, and computing and my passion for data.

My commitment to translational research has led to my active collaborations with industry and the utilization of proprietary data. My work primarily revolves around last-mile delivery, healthcare, and sustainability.
