Srishti Arora
PhD Candidate, INSEAD
Hello! I'm Srishti
I am a PhD Candidate in Technology and Operations Management at INSEAD, where I am advised by Professor Sameer Hasija. My research focuses on behavioral operations management, exploring how the behavior of individuals impact business decisions, process, and outcomes. I tackle empirical operations challenges, drawing from my strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, and computing, paired with my passion for data.
My commitment to translational research has led to my active collaborations with industry and the utilization of proprietary data. I use a variety of methods in my research such as econometrics, field experiments, and machine learning. My work primarily revolves around last-mile delivery, sustainability, and healthcare.
