Hello! I'm Srishti
I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Management and Marketing, Faculty of Business and Economics, at the University of Melbourne.
My research focuses on behavioral operations management, exploring how individuals’ behavior impacts business decisions, processes, and outcomes. I address empirical operational challenges by drawing on my strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, and computing, combined with my passion for data analysis.
My commitment to translational research has led to active collaborations with industry partners and the use of proprietary datasets. My work primarily spans last-mile delivery, technology, healthcare, and sustainability.
